In person, they’re super helpful and friendly. But when I call and ask a question simply on what to do about certain things, omg the hatefulness! I got tossed around 3 times because they weren’t sure of the answer to my question, which is fine. But the person who did seem to “know” my question, was extremely hostile like she was trying to get me off the phone to go about her day. I’m really disappointed in pender county’s tax office.
