I have rented from Jim over the years and had good experiences. However recently my wife picked up the car for a weeks rental and told Jim she would have a hard time getting it back in the morning so he wrote 4 PM drop off. She dropped off at 415 PM. The girl in the office billed us an extra day. When I called for receipt after I noticed I was billed an extra 100 bucks she said she could not do anything for me. This is crazy!! I took their rental from Jeep Brantford as my car was on service and drove for 52 kms as per them. I have the meter screen shot and I only drove the car for approx 40kms. When I picked up the car, Fuel gauge was pointing at full. When I returned it I filled the Gas and Fuel gauge was at full. But they refilled it and charged me again. When I called them they said when you pump up the Gas the pump should automatically stop thats where its full and there Fuel gauge still at full. Are you guys crazy? how would I... read more
