The absolute worst place I have ever done taxes with. Charged me an arm and a leg, told me 4 weeks, and here it is week 8 still waiting. All I get is the IRS is backed up when I call or I don’t get my call returned at all. I filed the end of January and no one else I know that filed that month is still waiting. I was kind of skeptical when they told me how much it would cost to do my taxes.
