They decided to go with a different credit card company. Sent me a letter telling me what was going on. They cancelled my card never sent me a new one. Even after going in and telling them that I needed a card, two weeks later, I still have no card. 6 months ago I filled a change of address. They even screwed that up. I had to make two trips to their office to get it correct. They suck!
I was having some personal financial issues and I went to my credit union, Pen Air, to see if they could help me. They presented a variety of options and we found the one that worked best for me. I found the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great experience! I have recommended Pen Air to all my family and friends.
