Pembroke wellness center has been my PCP for about 4 years now and they have been the best 4 years of “dealing” with a Doctors office. I put dealing in quotes as every time I call I’m treated exceptionally well, the staff is so kind and always happy to speak to me and see how I’m doing. They have that small town feel where they know your name, your spouse, yours kids, just a really warm welcoming office. Dr. MacKenzie is a phenomenal professional and always has a plan for my health. Was a patient of Dr. Kaitz for many years and was always pleased with his care and the office staff. Was a patient for a few years with Dr. Makenzie and did not have any complaints until I received a phone message advising I would incur a finance charge if my balance was not paid in full by that evening. No amount was left on the message and I paid $50 to avoid the extra charge. I love this place. It's now 40 minutes from my home and I am still chosen to go here. They are very thorough and great with getting me the referrals that I need and listen to me about where I prefer to go. They are very knowledgeable as well.
