Do not send your loved ones to this place. My mother ended up on an ambulance 2 days after being sent to this place. And forget getting anyone on the phone there to address concerns. I only did one star because it wouldn't let me do no stars.
Pros: “Shonda” in admissions as well as others there were literally a gift from God. Shonda even gave me her cell phone number and was such a lifeline for my mom and I. The nurse practitioner, social worker, nurse named Mr. Chris, as well as an older cleaning lady and a few CNAs were very sweet and helpful. I truly appreciate them all and everything they did for my mom and I. They have way too many patients for staff. I sat around and waited hours before I could get any help. Tuesday July 8th after we've been in the hospital since June 3rd. My mother went to get my stuff that was left there they told her that my stuff I was never there. I also had my wallet taken.I ordered food through doordash from food Lion that was there when I went in the hospital a wheelchair was there that was my personal wheelchair they swear up and down I did not come with wheelchair. Nope because some the staff is all for theirs self. They let some the residents fall on the floor they don't even record it down they just get them up put them back in bed. They don't even wash these people like they suppose to. There hair don't get done at all. I know this for fact I uses too work I didn't like how some head people do these people. They don't even have any manager after 5 pm so anything be going down at this people at all after 5 pm
