Your company drivers are a joke and do not know how to drive. Truck with plate number WD1365 cuts people off and drives like an idiot.
Always a day later than they say or delivery is requested. Or they expect some of my employees to stay till 7pm to accept the delivery when they are aware we close at 5pm. Drivers also never ever come with their own carts or dollies.
I had them pick up a small pallet of motorcycle wheels from Pemberton that was supposed to be held for pickup at their Kelowna warehouse. First they booked pickup for a day that they don't service Pemberton, and the shipper sat around for an entire day waiting. After they finally did pick it up the next day, they attempted to deliver it to my residential address, and left 5 skids of another company's shipment along with my shipment, all with no notification or receipt signature.
