Spoke to an "intake" person. She was truly not bright at all. Kept getting confused, wouldn't listen, and kept interrupting me as I was trying to answer her question. That was a week ago. She just called me again, starting all over. When I told her we'd already had this conversation, it took her five minutes ...and two books (she stated).... to find that yes we had spoken already. Hired Pelypenko Law Firm 3 years ago. Though I initially was impressed with the firm, they seemed knowledgeable and competent. However, when I reached out to them for updates, I felt like I was getting the run around. Never spoke the the attty again...only a para and some office asst. Since then, I've attempted contact only to recv. an outdated message. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!
Ms Pelypenko was professional, extremely knowledgeable in malpractice area and empathetic.
