Pelvico has such a welcoming, positive atmosphere! From the front desk to the clinicians and trainers, everyone makes you feel supported. The postpartum classes with Sarah have been an incredible part of my recovery. Since starting in February, I’m stronger, more confident, and inspired to set new goals. I can now carry my 40lb toddler and my baby at the same time with ease! Pelvico is a must for any new mom who wants to feel accompanied in their fitness journey. I love all postpartum classes as well as prenatal ones, (Kelsey and Sarah are wonderful) super super recommended. Everybody is so lovely and makes feel so comfortable at a time when you are figuring this new you ❤️ I would always recommend it to any mom to be or just as a woman, who wants to feel strong and healthy again.
I started at Pelvico over a year ago, after a mutual friend recommended Terri, so glad I took that recommendation! She's so accommodating, and listens (and cares) about her clients. I have a back, neck, and pelvic injury and she's so helpful. Love being able to have our catch up chats!
