Just recently finished the postpartum level 1 Class with Sarah and I can’t recommend this class enough to new moms! I used to be a fitness instructor and love weight lifting and this was perfect for me / for anyone at any level of fitness. Sarah is so kind and knowledgeable/ great with the babies!
I have been suffering from migraines for years caused by drastic weather changes. November 2025 to mid January 2026, I was suffering from weekly migraines. In late January I started to get acupuncture treatments from Olivia. I am thrilled to say I haven’t had a migraine since I started the treatments. In the same period of time, numerous friends who also suffer from weather related migraines have had multiple migraines. It has worked wonders
I love that I can bring my daughter. It allows her to have social interaction and have an adventure with me ! Sarah always makes us feel welcome and like a friend. These workouts are truly empowering. They help build strength and resilience and remind you how bad ass you are! These classes have been my favourite part of postpartum and I wish I had them my first go around.
