I cannot recommend this clinic enough! My journey to recovery is still ongoing, but I feel incredibly lucky to be in their care. I have been seeing Maria for physiotherapy, and she is an absolutely wonderful provider. She is deeply patient, generous with her time, and incredibly responsive to my questions. If you’re thinking of taking their post-partum (Mom and Baby classes) do it! They are amazing. I always felt welcome and supported when I arrived at class (very much a no-judgement zone).

I had pelvic floor physiotherapy appointments with Maria both before and after giving birth, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Her advice and exercises have been very effective and truly helped me throughout both pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I highly recommend Maria to anyone who is pregnant or has recently given birth. She is amazing!
