I have had such a remarkable experience with Pelvic Pride! I had been dealing with frequent constipation for a very long time, and had done all I could with water, fiber, and exercise. When I learned one of my biggest issues with regularity was due to muscle tension and weakness in my pelvic floor, I was completely surprised.
