I have had such a remarkable experience with Pelvic Pride! I had been dealing with frequent constipation for a very long time, and had done all I could with water, fiber, and exercise. When I learned one of my biggest issues with regularity was due to muscle tension and weakness in my pelvic floor, I was completely surprised. I came to Pelvic Pride about four months postpartum to deal with lingering issues from childbirth. Robyn was incredible - she was able to pinpoint the exact areas causing the trouble, and was even able to address old injuries from years ago that were sneaky contributors to my pelvic floor issues.
