I started seeing Alex at Pelvic Physio Niagara for Osteopathic treatment and he has made such a difference in my training journey as I prepare for the World Jump Rope Championships. I have been using osteopathy since 2015, but with this practitioner I'm able to see my scores increase and form improve with the treatments, outside of just feeling better. Every time I come to Alex crooked and broken, he patches me back up! I feel like I can breathe deeper every time I leave this place!
