I don't know what I would have done without Pelvic Health & Rehab and Alexa and Tabitha. I was having urinary frequency, urgency, and couldn't get any sleep at night for months! And the issue recurred a few years later. I couldn't figure out what it was and saw my regular doctors and even despite the appropriate therapies, my symptoms just wouldn't go away. Tabitha helped me tremendously to overcome my pelvic pain and to go back to normal. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I saw her 6 times and she tailored the treatment to address all my issues both in person and through the online exercises. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center. Also scheduling the appointments was very easy . I highly recommend them.
PHRC changed my life! I had been in pain for 5 months and had seen a Pelvic PT at UCLA and several gynecologists with no relief. Stephanie is absolutely brilliant. She determined that I had not been receiving the correct pelvic therapy . She contacted my doctor and they worked closely together. Since being a patient of this office I have gotten better every week and am now PAIN FREE. I can't even express how professional, kind, caring and their entire team is. It is also a lovely office with easy parking.
My appointment with Stephanie at PHRC in Pasadena was nothing short of total relief - after years of feeling dismissed and unheard by various healthcare providers, Stephanie was able to address my concerns with compassion, understanding, and a huge amount of knowledge. I want to particularly note her flexibility working with patients based abroad as this is rare to find. I'm very happy to say she's now part of my care team.
