When I was 8 months pregnant I had insane pain in my back and hips and I could barely move. I went to see Bethany and in one session she took my pain away and gave me exercises to help prevent it from happening again. She is the best!! Definitely recommend.

Bethany is amazing and has been instrumental in my recovery for my back, shoulders, and neck. She covers the full spectrum of massage/stretching/strengthening, and with a lot of helpful knowledge to boot. I very highly recommend Pelvic Harmony!
I absolutely loved working with Bethany! She built a great program for me that made all the difference in my delivery. My OBGYN literally gave me a fist bump after labor saying I did a great job in preparing for birth, and it’s all due to Bethany’s program! Her approach made it easy to take all the exercises we went over in person and apply them to my workout routine. I will definitely go to her in the future for pelvic floor therapy!
First session was a massage and it was terrific. Great insight on what stretches etc, to do on my own as well.
