Stacey did an amazing job educating on body mechanics and strengthening exercises! She figured out issues that were missed by other PTs. I came here with lower back pain and it is so much better now. Thank you Stacey!
Stacey Lash is an amazing PT. She helped me better understand the importance of strengthening your pelvic floor during pregnancy and postpartum. She gave me practical tips that were easy to implement right away. She is very knowledgeable and explained things in digestible and explicit ways. I highly recommend her.
Stacey is such a fabulous PT. She was able to help me in so many ways to improve the strength of my pelvic floor where I have made incredible progress with my issues of bladder control. I realize now that it is not inevitable that I will need to be wearing bladder control product on a daily basis. Prior to my PT with Stacey I would not have lefty house w/o protection. Thank you Stacey you have changed life!
