We took an Uber from South Beach to Peloton Key Biscayne and rented a couple of bikes for the morning to ride down to Bill Baggs State Park and explore. When I called ahead to confirm availability of rentals, the customer service was friendly and kind. Upon arrival to the bike shop, the bikes were ready to go and we were quickly on our way. Um dos piores atendimentos dos quais recebi ultimamente. Pagamos a revisão de uma bicicleta, que com 1 hora de pedalo teve seus pneus vazios. Voltamos lá para explicar que algo estava errado e, pasmem, Ara, uma atendente extremamente mal educada e hostil nos disse que talvez o pneu tivesse passado por algum lugar que o furou. Ora, levamos a bike para um diagnóstico na loja que acusou apenas uma revisão da mesma.
