Great shop – Great service, great shop. These guys know bikes and are detail-oriented when performing work. I will continue to go back for service and/or purchasing new bikes anytime.
Great Bike store – So far we have been dealing with Peloton in Loveland but also play to visit the store in Fort Collins soon. The staff at the store are so knowledgeable and friendly; there is never too small a question or too small a purchase for them to give you great service. Purchased a bike there and LOVE IT; they spent a lot of time with it; tune-ups on other bikes have been done quickly and expertly. They had a bike clinic recently and that was very helpful too. very unhappy – i was really upset with a bike i purchesed there and he refused to do anything about it. now i have two bikes i want to purchase and i wont be purchasing them through them. He just watched me cry and saw how upset i was and didn't even care. So i won't be going back.
