I needed an upper signal cable for my Tread that was damaged on reassembly. Peloton came out, identified the issue and said they’d have to replace the entire upper metal assembly, which may absolutely no sense to me when I knew there was a wiring harness on the inside. The tech said yes we don’t sell just the cables they would have to sell you the entire assembly. 😏 Imagine the look on my face or better yet that I hid from the tech when he told me this. I ordered the seat slide adjustment lever because my original part was stripped. This part fits and works great. I should have changed this part years ago.

I needed to replace the bottom bracket on my Peloton Bike that had seen me through over 30,000 miles. PeloSmith sent me a new one and a kit to replace it fast! They even called me when the shipment was going to be delayed by one day due to a storm related power outage on their end (it still arrived on time). Biggest issue was getting the old bottom bracket out (see photo) but some elbow grease (and PB Blaster) did the trick. Thanks PeloSmith! My Peloton is hopefully good for the next 30,000 miles.
