Very nice and helpfu
Super easy to work with and they handle everything from warranties, installations and permits
Love their pellets...BUT!!! They aren't wearing masks at the desk,and as this pandemic worsens and continues, I cannot patronize a business with such a cavalier disregard for life.
I am definitely unhappy with their products & service. The pellet stove that was purchased at the Oregon city location is very finiky! Frankly I think it is a POS!!! It has taken over 2 months for them to maintenance the dang thing ( they came & got it & we still have yet to get it back.). That & the fact they are charging almost as much as it cost to maintenance it is RIDICULOUS. I suggest you check somewhere else if you have the abilty.
