Regarding my 6/30/20 install: My Pella experience started off very good. Salesmen and the ordering experience was great. Things started falling apart when the New Construction windows I ordered showed up as retro-fit windows that I DID NOT WANT. I spent around 18 hours of my time removing the siding as I committed to do while being very ill with C-dif.
