This has been so far one of the worst experiences I’ve had dealing with any company. First, they’ve lost window measurements that were brought to them.. 4 times!!! Then they finally send someone to take the measurements and schedule an installation a month later. The person shows up.. WITH THE WRONG MODEL OF THE WINDOW. We just had two new exterior doors put on our house through Pella. When the sales rep, Caleb met with us he asked only whether we wanted new storm doors or would we keep our existing ones. We stated that we would like to keep them. When the installer finished I asked why he hadn’t replaced the storm doors he had himself removed, he said he wasn’t supposed to. Best Wood window warranty in the business. ( LIFE TIME ) 5 Stars
This the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. About 5 months ago I called for a tech to come out and take a look at about 5 Windows that need to be replaced. It took a month for them to get a tech out to the site. It then took another 2months to schedule the job after having to call them repeatedly. After the 2 month wait the job was rescheduled 3 weeks out from the 2 month wait for parts. They showed up Friday to do the job guess what.?
