I don’t know how good or bad this company is I’ve called them a couple of times with no answer I also emailed them 3 times and didn’t get a response so maybe they’re out of business I have no idea
I inquired about replacing my cordless screwdriver battery but was informed that it not replaceaable. Nevertheless, even though it was out of warranty, they offered to replace the tool with a totally new one. What remarkable customer service. They should be commended and, I hope, copied by all corporations. What a wonderful experience dealing with this Corporation. They have a customer for life.
Unbelievable customer service! This company and the agents have gone beyond the expected to replace my power screwdriver. I damaged it myself and called to ask for a repair depot. They informed me that the would send me a UPS call tag and would replace the damaged tool. WOW, could other companies learn about how to treat a customer from them!! Congratulations and I will buy many more items from them as a result. Thanks again and good luck.
