Never returns calls. Have called at least a dozen times with questions and on two occasions with urgent matters that need to be addressed immediately and our calls were never returned. His excuse or response: I never received the messeges or I thought it was already taken care of. If it were taken care of why would I call 20 times in a two week span requesting he return my calls??
