Came in today 6:30 african american teen didn’t even say hello or anything, just a stare and with AirPods on like if she was more focused on what she was hearing on the pods! We got two regular cones and when she gave it to us she just slammed it and shut the window and didn’t say anything to let us know it was ready or even a thank you! Horrible customer service from her and very unprofessional.
Waited 20mins for 3 kiddie cones. When the employee FINALLY got to the window to take my order I didn't get a "sorry for the wait" "how can I help" or anything..just a blank stare. Please work on customer service it's important!
Love this place, been going for years. Recently, however, I have been very disappointed. The last few times I have gotten a snow cone here, I have been encountered by one worker in particular that has been nothing but rude. I have not felt the need to say anything up until today, when the girl slammed my drink down and slammed the window in my face when I was going to say something. Pelican opens at 12 and closes at 9pm after arriving at 12:30 because no one was at the window after ringing the bell and there was no sign saying they were closed today I called to ask if they were opened when the lady picked up she rudely answered no and hung up without me even being able to respond it’s unprofessional,unnecessary,rude and completely disregarding me not just as a customer but also as a person that hasn’t done anything to warrant such terrible behavior I will never go back to that place because of that one ... read more
