Love this store—- I know I got a really sweet deal on a lazy boy sleeper sofa you probably had on the floor for at least 2 years . But I was promised you would fix some trim that had come loose and was fraying. Customer service regardless of what kind of deal I got- is customer service. Forgot ,, it’s still called customer service.. Sorry for 2 stars but that’s called a review.
