I joined this class because on the state notary website, it said that the class was in person in New Orleans, which is where I live. That’s what I was looking for. After I registered (and paid), I was told that the class was either online, or an hour away on the Northshore. However, I settled for an online class. The online class had audio issues every single class period. The teacher knows the information, but the audio is so bad that you can barely understand anything that is being said.
