Whenever I need my money to pay my bills, it’s like it’s never there and I have to wait a week for it to be done pending, the dates change. Not a good experience
I’ve been trying to pay my bill for four days and no one has been helping me. I called and got someone on the phone and every other word she sighed at me. Towards the end of the call she didn’t even give me the right account number to pay so the whole call was for absolutely nothing. I’ve been trying to use the app but everything keeps basically telling me there’s an error. The app is confusing. I don’t know why she wouldn’t just let me pay on the phone. Long time customer…This is the absolute worst bank, beware. When it was first castle bank it was great !! Ever since pelican has bought them, it has went downhill.. The customer service especially at the teller desk is the worst, they extremely rude and never helpful. All of their systems are from like the 1990s and has never been updated. Their mobile app is trash and outdated. They don’t even have a drive through anymore. You have to get out of your car and walk in. Ordering checks are like $50 which is wild !! They are constantly failing their members today their whole system went down and they didn't even deposit my husband's paycheck and we desperately need it. Do not recommend them to anyone
