The staff is so welcoming. Kelli Thompson is such a pleasure to work with. She is beyond helpful and made things happen for us. I recommend them 100% for financial anything.
It's a good bank overall but to get two stars due to the banks never open on Saturdays that's when he need to do business the one that was not open Saturday January 25th as of now
Back around 0ct. 5th 2023, I spent 5 hours working on a travel trailer loan with Pelican on Gause.l Blvd, Slidell. My credit score was 740, my income was right. They claim to loan 110% on this type of collateral. After 5 hours they wanted $4500 down payment, because they said the purchasing camper was only worth $23,000 . They had the vin number.
