I just have to let you know that the service I received this morning was so wonderful!!! Janay O'Neal was a great help to me today. My card was blocked she took the time out to help me resolve this issue. IT was such a joy to have a pleasant experience with someone who knew what they were doing and had patience. This credit union shows a heart for helping people in need, and it definitely shows at events they volunteer at in their local communities. You can tell that each person you come in contact with is very helpful and wants you to have the best experience possible. I've recently noticed that when I call in, the call volume has been higher than usual.
