We had a great time. I enjoyed the diverse group of kids for my son to play with. It's hard to find special needs friendly places and we found it here. My son made a few friends and I got to chat with the parents. The staff were kind and the front desk lady was super sweet. I wish I remembered her name.
Arrived at 1:03 on a Sunday, kids were so excited to swim and play. Very clean and not crowded today, indoor temperatures felt ok and comfortable if you’re dry! Water was ice cold!! Water slides felt frozen and water was like an ice plunge. For it being winter the water needs to be a lot warmer. Talked to head lifeguard and she said they checked the water temperature the day before and it read 77 degrees which is what is required and that she has no control over the temperature. Such a shame.
