I called earlier today, I got confused on the name of specific product I needed and instead of the person waiting for two seconds he called me highly unprofessional and that I should have already been prepared, his tone was rude and he kept repeating himself saying “Ma’am, this is highly unprofessional of you.” I just stuttered a bit and he was already irritated.
