This is the work they have done. Absolutely nothing, they took the control panel and now we can’t have anyone else take a second opinion. It has been 2 years since our generator worked and the fact is they have been ignoring our calls and have refused to return our parts. We don’t have access either as they have taken the only key.
I have had a similar experience with PMG Generator Services, having paid a $5500 deposit in Sept. 2021 for a generator and have been chasing Dave since. No generator, no refund of the deposit. Next step will be suing in small claims court. Heed the advice from the reviews and do not do business with this company.
Don't waste your time and money here. They don't return your calls and their email address is unreachable. There are other Generac dealers around.
PMG has been an excellent company to deal with. Service is on time and pleasant to deal with. I had shut it down for an electrical installation, and PMG came by to check what the problem was. Definitely recommend PMG to anyone considering a generator.
