I had a few snags with them at first, as i never got an email saying my order was ready and pickup was difficult, but the team more than made up for it and the products I received were great quality. I will order from them again at some point!

I’m so, so disappointed in Pelham Grayson. I used to LOVE this place. When their physical location was open, I used to go every week they were open. I would spend thousands of dollars each visit and must have spent close to 15k there over the past year and a half. I was so sad when they closed but I felt like it was important to support them by ordering from the website. Didn’t receive all my order. They won’t reply to my emails! The phone just reroutes you the menu.... I changed to 3 stars.. -Update- After posting this I received an email the next morning saying they credited me for the stones I didn’t receive... better than nothing, although the point was I still wanted those stones. I also asked about a stone I was looking for and sent a picture on a previous email. No mention of that! I’m not sure what they are going through over there. Ordered some 7-9 inch polished Agate slices 3mm 5mm. An absolutely fantastic box of goodies arrived. I got emotional at the sight of the gorgeous colours and crystallization of the products. Would recommend this company to anyone. Im still in awe of the magnificent peices i received. Thank you very much. I will definitely be ordering more very soon. 😎
