Not sure why they closed their physical retail location as the location in stonington was amazing and has some amazing pieces. Buying online from them is an extreme disappointment. I prefer to see, touch, feel the items I purchase. I like feeling drawn to the pieces, and I like being able to make sure I'm getting quality and in tact pieces. I don't know why anyone would buy wholesale without seeing what they're getting first. Especially if they plan on reselling. These items can be expensive. I’m so, so disappointed in Pelham Grayson. I used to LOVE this place. When their physical location was open, I used to go every week they were open. I would spend thousands of dollars each visit and must have spent close to 15k there over the past year and a half. I was so sad when they closed but I felt like it was important to support them by ordering from the website. Ordered some 7-9 inch polished Agate slices 3mm 5mm. An absolutely fantastic box of goodies arrived. I got emotional at the sight of the gorgeous colours and crystallization of the products. Would recommend this company to anyone. Im still in awe of the magnificent peices i received. Thank you very much. I will definitely be ordering more very soon. 😎
Didn’t receive all my order. They won’t reply to my emails! The phone just reroutes you the menu.... I changed to 3 stars.. -Update- After posting this I received an email the next morning saying they credited me for the stones I didn’t receive... better than nothing, although the point was I still wanted those stones. I also asked about a stone I was looking for and sent a picture on a previous email. No mention of that! I’m not sure what they are going through over there.
