I’m so, so disappointed in Pelham Grayson. I used to LOVE this place. When their physical location was open, I used to go every week they were open. I would spend thousands of dollars each visit and must have spent close to 15k there over the past year and a half. I was so sad when they closed but I felt like it was important to support them by ordering from the website. Sure there are a million crystal suppliers, but especially in these times, I felt it important to support a local small business. What a mistake. They send... read more

Ordered some 7-9 inch polished Agate slices 3mm 5mm. An absolutely fantastic box of goodies arrived. I got emotional at the sight of the gorgeous colours and crystallization of the products. Would recommend this company to anyone. Im still in awe of the magnificent peices i received. Thank you very much. I will definitely be ordering more very soon. 😎

Didn’t receive all my order. They won’t reply to my emails! The phone just reroutes you the menu.... I changed to 3 stars.. -Update- After posting this I received an email the next morning saying they credited me for the stones I didn’t receive... better than nothing, although the point was I still wanted those stones. I also asked about a stone I was looking for and sent a picture on a previous email. No mention of that! I’m not sure what they are going through over there. I haven't been ordering from PGI for much more than a month, but I've received several orders so far and not one of them has been totally right. This last one was missing items and had incorrect items so that only about half of the order was usable. They finally replied to my emails a week after I initiated them and corrected the issues at no cost to me, but I can't continue to order from them not knowing what's going to be in my shipment each time.
