Says open til 5:30 on Fridays Doors locked at 4:30 Good enough reason for 1 star After the reply I will edit! Added extra star to 2 stars for reply. But the answer doesn’t reflect the time open shown on the internet or the door. And that “extra” hour doesn’t help anyone that needs to do anything in person or in a vehicle that won’t go through the drive through. Maybe specific statements would prevent wasted time and effort. Two more people came up after me and ended up leaving as well.

The tellers were unwilling to help me with my problem just told me that's just the way it is. One telling said she was having the same problem. I finally ask was there someone I could call so they could give me an answer. They gave me a number and the Lady on the phone said no I should not be have that problem so I walked back in the bank to get the teller to verify to the lady on the phone she is having the same problem but she said no because it did not bother her and backed away and look at the other teller and she turned... read more
