Kendall is always so welcoming and polite, ensuring a great experience.
The man with glasses that I assume is the only person there that handles loans, should really practice better customer service. He came off very rude and unfriendly. I love this Credit Union. I like the exclusivity and the fact that they always have short lines. Lee is always friendly and asks me about my day. I always get the help I need quickly and without Issue. Best banking experience I have ever had. I do wish that they had an ATM deposit option for days when they are closed. I deal with a lot of cash on the weekends and would like a way to make it available in my account.
Says open til 5:30 on Fridays Doors locked at 4:30 Good enough reason for 1 star After the reply I will edit! Added extra star to 2 stars for reply. But the answer doesn’t reflect the time open shown on the internet or the door. And that “extra” hour doesn’t help anyone that needs to do anything in person or in a vehicle that won’t go through the drive through. Maybe specific statements would prevent wasted time and effort. Two more people came up after me and ended up leaving as well.
