The staff really need better training when it comes to handling conflicts. During boarding, an off-leash dog suddenly ran aggressively toward my wife and me and almost bit us. Instead of apologizing, the owner basically said he would “pay for everything” if we got bitten. We asked them to go upstairs and leave us alone, but they just wouldn’t listen. A large dog was off leash and nearly bit my leg. I was terrified and called out to the owner to leash their dog. Instead of addressing the safety issue, a staff member came over and yelled at me, telling me to be quiet. I was the person who had just been put in danger, yet I was the only one who got yelled at. No one apologized for what happened, and no effort was made to ensure my safety.
