Pel Park Realty took 147 days from notification to fix a drainage leak in my kitchen ceiling. I texted, called, sent pictures, even used their website to send in a maintenance request. I watched it go from drops of water to a daily torrent. The water eventually broke down the plaster and allowed cockroaches to come in through the wall. I was told that they were "sorry" and "repairs will be made" In the end I had to have a city inspector come in and issue a violation.
