Eric and his team were amazing when our drain pipe froze. They were quick to respond and went out of their way to help us. They treated us more like neighbors than customers. We are so grateful.
Have done business with this company for years and it has always been a longgggg wait to get the mandated 3 yr pump out done. Even if one calls right away to schedule in the spring after receiving the notice, it has always been late fall before it was done. Not a big deal as long as it met the county deadline. But what was very frustrating this year was when our tank alarms went off in late August, we were told they still couldn’t come for months and that we should call a plumber. Never had a problem!
I tried hiring Peil to do an inspection and pump. We first reached out in June but it took months to get something scheduled. Come September they say one of their trucks is down but they are sure that they'll still get it completed by end of October (The deadline for the county inspection). Following up in Mid October (no updates from Peil) they still haven't had availability and now we may not be in compliance with the county. Over 5 months you think they would be able to perform a pump and inspection. A frustrating experie... read more
