Poor communication. Late on completing my returns, resulting in unnecessary penalties. Go anywhere else.
Really easy to do business here. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and professional.
The biggest thing I have to say about this company is the responsiveness is impeccable. I went in there with a QuickBooks in shambles and they had my books turned around in no time, it was quite remarkable. I now finally feel clarity, thanks to them! Highly recommend to anyone I know and talk to. Peggy and Jodie are both very personable and understanding.
