We wish to thank Mark from Pegasus Taupo for his friendly attitude. The car was in a very good condition and the best price in the town. Everything went really well and so efficiently. Comparing to the other rental companies, the Pegasus service is exceptional. When we asked him to call a taxi, he kindly gave us a ride to our destination in the town by his own car. Next time when we need to rent a car in Taupo we will go directly to Mark.

Driving through Taupo on Friday in our personal car, we had a bad breakdown and were referred to Pegasus. They actually came and picked us up from where our broken down car was, then proceeded to book us a rental car after hours, that included providing a prompt cleaning and washing of our preferred rental vehicle. Great, flexible, very locally knowledgeable staff saved us from having a bad experience and turned it into a wonderful one. We are very thankful out of towners. Such wonderfully accommodating people! Always helpful, and bright with the supportive can-do attitude you'd expect of a kiwi business. The cars are the best price in town and well taken care of. Glad we found them!

I highly recommend Mark and Pegasus Rental cars in Taupo. Mark went out of his way to provide exceptional service - picking me up from my hotel, giving great directions, advice - and economical rates. The car was in great shape and drove well. Pegasus is the only rental car company I would use in Taupo!

Very friendly and accommodating. Gave me pickup and drop off before and after my rental period. Cars in good condition. Compares favorably to Taupo's Rent a Dent in my experience.
