I brought in a part I needed replaced. I was told to buy a certain one and he would install it. I bought it waited 2 weeks to get it. And it was crazy short/different than I needed... I went to a shop to have something done right.. and it was just a waste of money and time

This place does excellent work on e-bikes a and I would totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get there bike worked on and the people that work here has the patience of a saint

I called this bike shop for a simple question about fixing gears on an old Barracuda bike. Before even seeing the bike, Chris quoted me $400–$600. No inspection. No diagnosis. Just threw out a number higher than the bike is worth. That’s not a repair estimate — that’s a guess meant to scare people into overpaying. A reputable shop actually looks at the bike before quoting hundreds of dollars. I didn’t even bring the bike in after that call. I had ordered a replacement tube online, but had trouble removing the tire from the rim and needed some help. This was late afternoon on a Saturday and I believe the owner was there working on another project, but he was very friendly and took the time to accommodate us and repaired the tire while we waited and at at a very reasonable rate. We will definitely be visiting pegasus bike shop again for future repairs and purchases. Highly recommended!
