This is without doubt the most unprofessional 'lawyer' you will ever meet. This isn't a real law firm. Only 2 people work there, and they are atrociously slow and unprofessional. They do not even know the law. If you need anything more than a will or power of attorney *drafted* they will be unable to help you. I hired Colleen to probate my recently deceased mother's will. Colleen is extremely rude and incompetent. Her assistant actually threw something at me. Left documents at my house for another client. Great privacy. I changed lawyers. They suggested I contact the bar association. I just walked away.
Absolutely DISGUSTED with Colleen. She is rude, arrogant and has ZERO customer service. She had decided to no longer do corporate law which is 100% ok and her decision. Her office sends us a letter to come pick up all our documents and seal by booking an appointment. In the letter it states that someone else could pick up the document on my behalf if I cannot.
