Terrible management
No heat since March, and no AC since start of summer due to multiple delays in ongoing projects. Poor project management by building management. Elevators keep breaking down.
No A/C for almost half of summer and issues with heating in the winter. There is absolutely zero regard and consideration for residents’s concerns and sufferings, the management does what they want when they want with zero planning and consideration for the residents. If you’re planning to rent here it’s a night mare, don’t be carried away by the nice facilities and photos. You won’t be able to stay inside the condo unit in summer, it’s scorching hot. Extremely disappointing experience living in this condo. One elevator is almost always out of service, causing constant inconvenience for residents. During the winter, residents had to suffer through the cold when the heating was shut off for construction work. Now, during the summer, the AC has been turned off, leaving residents to deal with unbearable heat.
