Our cared for resident was at Peel Moat care home for just over 18 months. He was very happy there for the whole of his stay. He became very fond of the staff and they seemed fond of him too and always took the trouble to seek us out and give us relevant feed back during visits. Staff had a good knowledge if his individual needs and preferences. They always made us feel welcome offering us a drink and a kind word. We were extremely satisfied with their service. Having spent the last 12 months within peel moat care home,I have to say that the management that run this establishment are amazing—-they go above and beyond,and that’s all staff members. This is a great care home, warm welcoming and homely with homemade fresh food and great care team who are friendly and enthusiastic about their jobs.
