I have been shopping here for years and Brittany is always welcoming and helpful. My daughter's and son's christening outfits were more than perfect. The outfits I bought for them to come home from the hospital with were also perfect. Looking forward to next year's communion season for my daughter!
What a wonderful experience! I first went to born yesterday . I don't know how that b$&@h is in business . I was so mad about how rude she was. Anyway I walked to peek a boo. The owner was a doll! So helpful sweet. I will never go anywhere else for anything for my daughter. So glad I walked in. Such a great experience she even hugged me when I left . Just amazing!!!
I appreciate the apology but the damage is done your store is now known as having poor customer service.. You may sell great things but you still have poor customer service. Sadly you may lose customers over this so you may want reconsider the employees you chose to run your store. Also rating your review with 5 stars is embarrassing on your end.
I am terribly sorry for your loss, I do not remember this, and it was never brought to my attention! We do have certain policies regarding time frame, tags, etc. for store credit. I apologize for not handling the situation more compassionately.
My niece recently passed away I went to return an outfit I had previously purchased at peek a boo. When I went to the return the outfit the person who appeared to be the manager at the store sucked her teeth and almost appeared as if she could care less about our loss and wanted nothing to do with the returning of the outfit. Extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate with no compassion. Went in to return an outfit that my baby niece never got to wear because of her passing. The woman claimed we didn't purchase the outfit from them at first then with zero compassion after telling her our story said she can only give us store credit. Basically gave us a run around about the return. I would rather go somewhere else then give those women money. Nasty.
this store is wonderful, i always find something different for my daughter. Their prices are fairly good, and the service is great, the ladies who work there will do whatever they can to get you what you want, and to make sure you are happy. Love the shopping experience..and will continue shopping there!!!! 5 stars
