If you are looking for a bike shop that actually cares about its customers and knows how to handle high-performance machinery, you have to go see Tim at Pee Dee Bicycle. They always greet you when you come in the store. I used them to service my bike. They were aware that i am training for an event so they were very considerate on scheduling my service. When the parts came in, they called me and asked me to drop off the bike in the afternoon and they had it for one day. Just an fyi, if you want your parts back I would recommend you tell them when you drop it off.
These guys are great highly recommend the son that works there fixed my brakes on my Himinway c5 sport e-bike when no one else would he fixed it and did a great job highly recommend this place
