I took two of my bikes, a Specialized and a Trek, to be serviced at Pee Dee. Gary, the bike mechanic, thoroughly evaluated the bikes and offered his advice concerning the type of service needed for each bike. The Trek was serviced at Pee Dee last year so it was in tip top condition and just needed a routine servicing. The Specialized was a different story. The bike was serviced at a different bike shop previously. It needed repairs to include: front and rear ball bearings and a couple of other things. Gary did a fabulous job... read more
Horrible Business do not waste your money with these people you will be disappointed. I brought two electric bikes to have both back tires replaced and also I paid to have two protective inserts installed in the back tires as well. When I drop them off, I pointed out that one of the rear rims was a little dented so I don’t know if they’ll be able to fix that one. Kudos to Pee Dee Bikes….they took the time and researched a crank problem, ultimately fixing it. Two other local bike shops failed to diagnose or fix. Highly recommend their service and professionalism.
