Well what a wonderful experience I had at this place! Upon arriving, Tim (very cool guy) immediately offer to help me. I explained that my gears needed adjustment and he asked me to briefly wait to see if it was something he could take care of immediately or had to drop it off. Within 30 seconds, he knew what was wrong and made the necessary adjustments and sent me on my way. I think the whole process took about 5 minutes. Best of all..he did it all with a smile and free of cost. What a stand up guy. Thank you Tim.
Had a bike emergency 48 hours before going out of state. These guys are busy, but were able to solve the problem and service my bike in less than 3 hours. Great service, even better employees. I had to force my tip on them because they didn't want to accept it. I'd recommend this shop time and time again.
This place really knows bicycles. My fav 20year old bike was ready when promised and it rides as if brand new. It could not get any better! While waiting for my turn, I witnessed the owner inspire a mom and her son with a beautiful refurbished bicycle. He took the time to make sure the son knew all the features of street and off-road cycling. At the end of the demonstration, they both left the shop as if it was Christmas! The owner proved his passion for his business and I was grateful to witness his act of kindness.
Amazing customer service. The chain on my bike got stuck between the gears so I went down to Pee dee bicycle company and they fixed it in about 10 to 15 minutes and my bike was ready to roll!!!
My husband and I had such a nice time visiting your shop! Owning a bike shop in southeast Iowa, we appreciate great product and excellent customer service. Teresa is a sweetheart! Very personable and knowledgeable. You have a great business in a beautiful area of town. Happy rides and tailwinds!
