I would suggest before anything you have a look at their fantastic instagram page where you will see loads of information about New Jersey estate law. For example that it is VERY difficult to dispute anything about a will in NJ. It can be extremely difficult to even have someone simply look at something to do with a will. You should be ready for the very high likelihood that there is probably nothing you can do about an unfair will, and that you will probably be turned away from places, etc. It can be quite devastating.
