Do not bring infants. The place is very dirty and unkempt. There is no special area for infants so you are using a shared space with the older kids, some with severe autism one almost trampled my boy while we were working the PT.
Really wish the administrative side of this business was local to where we're getting services. It sounds like they're all work from home based on the terrible quality of their headsets/microphones... The distance not only makes the service seem less intentional (they have no idea who I am or what my child is going through. They don't see us each time we come in for a session), but also, when I'm having to constantly ask "I cant hear you can you repeat that"... it just layers on frustration. Turnover rate is high, children don’t have consistent therapists. Your typical ABA center.
Do not bring your kid here!! Therapist are leaving everyday and they cannot keep their employees. It’s unfair to the children. I advise if you want the best for your child to go somewhere else. Upper management is also extremely unprofessional.
Management here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Send your kids elsewhere for therapy, you will be disappointed here.
