My son has been going to PTS for the last seven years for PT, OT, and Speech. My son, now 11 years old, has Down Syndrome and is very active. I am certain that the services he has received from PTS has helped him tremendously. I believe that the therapy he has received has helped him keep up with his typically developing peers. Pediatric Therapy Specialists provides speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy. We are a military family and have been stationed here twice. We come back to PTS every time. All the therapist here become like family, they truly care about each and every child who they work with. We first started coming here when my son was 5 he is now 13. This is a glorified daycare. UPSET cannot begin to express my disdain with this place. My 20 month little toddler just needed speech therapy. You'd expect one on one sessions with a professional but no, that is NOT the case. His first real session was with an older lady AK or MK. She took him into the large indoor jungle gym they have, where much older children were swinging from big donut swings and playing as you'd expect. It's an excellent place for my little man. It's been almost a month, and his speech has improved, thanks to Ms.Kim Thank you all for helping our kids.

Customer service with the intake specialist's is horrible, I inquired a month ago to see if my daughter would be a good fit for this therapy clinic and never heard back. I called to follow up with the intake forms that I sent and right away they wanted my CC info, I told them we have not been seen yet and wanted to meet in person first to see if these services would be something my daughter needs, it clear this company just wants payment right away... disappointing.
