My daughter, husband and I found her engaging, knowledgable, and very accommodating during and after our assessment, when I had many questions! (Most important to my daughter, her office was "fun"!). Michelle is AMAZING! Her kind and accommodating nature creates an atmosphere of calm and acceptance for the children she shares her expertise. She seems to magically engage children in what would otherwise be challenging tasks by disguising them as games and activities that promote progress on many levels.
