The initial on boarding was a challenge. The therapists are nice.
The most unprofessional practice ! They kept seeing my son without making sure his insurance was active ! You are a business but its my responsibility to make sure my son insurance is active ! even the insurance company told me it was this practice fault. Now you want to come & call harassing me trying to charge me almost a $2,000 bill. The lady who i spoke to over the phone was very ignorant because if she really wanted to be helpful then take half of the responsibility. Therapists are fabulous with children. Management not so much. They claim to contact you, but actually do not.
