The owner was very helpful. I needed a bolt for my electric bike which connects from the pedal handle to the frame and he had it. I wasn't sure if this shop has small hardware items for bikes. I'm glad I stopped here. I would definitely recommend coming here for all your bike needs.
My e-bike would not power up and had some other issues that needed addressed. Mason and the staff there are very knowledgeable, prompt, and kind. Bike was done perfectly. I would highly recommend this place for all biking needs. I will take my e-bike nowhere else

After taking my Priority e-bike to another bike store who could not find a funky squeak coming from the pedal area, I found Pedago in Bellevue through the Priority website, with mechanics certified to work on this brand. Lester did not give up until the squeak was located and fixed! Thanks to the determination of Lester and crew, I can now ride the trails enjoying the sounds of nature! I will definitely give them a 5star rating!!
Great customer service, the element with the touring battery is great. And just to flex this, i named it the touring battery
